Born and raised in Kansas City and based in Gardner, Kate serves buyers and sellers across Southern Johnson County and the surrounding area. Her experience includes new construction, VA home purchases, investment properties, and relocation. She helps clients understand their options and navigate each step, from the first conversation through closing.
A little more about Kate: Outside of real estate, Kate enjoys time with her family, camping, boating, and cheering on the Kansas Jayhawks. You might also find her grabbing coffee at Groundhouse or a meal at La Carreta.

Grace Beaver
Marketing Coordinator
Grace brings creativity, dedication, and a love of learning to Johnson Homes Team. A team member for more than a year, she enjoys sharing ideas and bringing a fresh perspective to her work.
With an Associate of Applied Science in Interior Design and certificates in Kitchen & Bath Design, Interior Staging, and Interior Design Assistant, Grace brings an eye for how spaces look and feel. She also does interior design and staging, and her creative experiences include the Some Enchanted Evening Interior Design Event and studying interior design abroad in Italy.
Grace has lived in Prairie Village and now calls Gardner home. She loves Gardner’s supportive community and the people who make it such a welcoming place.
A little more about Grace: Outside of work, she enjoys watching sports, spending time with family, going to concerts, and keeping up with Riggs, her mini Australian shepherd puppy. She has traveled to England and Italy, and La Carreta is a favorite closer to home.

Ashley Mader

Ashley believes clients should feel like family. With four years at Johnson Homes Team, she brings honesty, clear communication, and a caring approach to her work. Her goal is to help make each transaction as seamless and low stress as possible.
Before joining the team, Ashley spent 10 years as a pediatric nurse. That experience strengthened the skills she uses every day: managing details, balancing priorities, communicating clearly, and supporting people through important moments.
Originally from Quinter in western Kansas, Ashley now lives in Gardner with her husband, her high school sweetheart, and their two boys. She loves the community’s small-town feel and the friendships her family has built. Her local connections include Gardner, Olathe, and Baldwin City, and she enjoys collaborating with fellow agents throughout the area.
A little more about Ashley: She is often cheering on her boys at baseball, football, or wrestling. She also enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family, friends, and their dog, Bo. A passionate baker, she previously ran a successful decorated-cookie business.
